Can I Return Products I Am Not Fully Satisfied With?

To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience with The Gurjar Sports, we provide the option to return products conveniently and transparently. To be eligible for returns, products must be in unused and re-saleable condition. You can place a return request within 7 days of receiving your product.

Refund

How Long Will the Entire Returns Process Take?

It may take up to 14 working days for us to receive your return, depending on your location and courier service. Once received, we will inspect and process the return within 7 working days to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

How Will I Be Refunded for the Return?

Upon successful processing of the refund, the item value minus the shipping amount will be credited back to the account used for the initial payment.

Damaged Items and Incorrect Shipments

If your return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, the original shipping charges will also be refunded. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect while creating your return by writing to us at care@gurjarsports.com.
